SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free Shipping on all Australian and international orders over $300.

  • A flat rate of $30 AUD applies to Australian orders under $300.

  • A flat rate of $35 USD applies to international orders under $300.
  • All orders are shipped via Express Delivery and are made-to-order. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery from the date of order.
  • Delivery times may extend to 14–17 business days for remote areas or postcodes 6005 and above.
  • Pre-orders will ship as soon as production is complete. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on each product page.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to follow your order.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday only. We do not operate on public holidays.

International Customers: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. S/W/F is not liable for any charges incurred or for packages held by customs. Please ensure you’re familiar with your local import regulations.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Credit notes and gift cards cannot be applied to cover shipping costs.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds, except as required by Australian consumer law. However, we’re happy to offer:
  • Store credit valid for 6 months, or
  • Exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability)
Return Conditions:
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with swing tags and return tags attached.
  • Items returned without original packaging may incur a $50 restocking fee.
  • A $20 handling fee will be deducted from your credit note.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
  • All returns must be sent to our Australian warehouse—we do not accept drop-offs.
  • Accessories, leather, and suede items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Any promotional gift must be returned with the original item.
