    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $300. All other orders within Australia will be charged a flat fee of $15.00.
    • International shipping will be charged a flat fee of $35.00.
    • Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery from the date of the order being placed* (subject to availability and delivery schedules from our courier service).
    • All of our pieces are made to order and are processed immediately. Upon cancellations we offer exchanges or a credit note valid for 6 months
    • All orders are shipped using an Express Delivery service.
    • Pre orders are delivered as soon as they are produced. The approximate date of delivery is on the product page. 
    • We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please do not put a P.O box as your shipping address. We do not operate on public holidays or outside of business days.
    • Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email allowing you to track your package

    • Australian capital, metropolitan & major regional areas apply. Delivery can take up to 14-17 business days for remote districts & post codes of 6005 and above (East Coast Operations).

    As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. S/W/F will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

    RETURNS POLICY

    To the extent permitted by law, WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUNDS.

    Provided that the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered along with the swing and return tags, you may return products within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order.

    For an exchange or a store credit that is valid for 6 months from the date you receive it.

    Products that we no longer stock, or open cartons will not be accepted for return.

    ALL ACCESSORIES, LEATHER, AND SUEDE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

    We will charge you a handling fee of $15 off the sale price of the returned products and you shall be issued with a credit note for the balance. We do not provide refunds. You acknowledge that the handling fee is a genuine pre-estimate of the costs suffered by the return of the goods.

    You shall be liable for delivery costs on all returned products except in relation to faulty goods.

    An exchange may be offered if you wish to change the size of a product, provided the item is returned within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order. in the same condition in which they were delivered along with the swing and return tags.

    Enclosed in your Online Order you will find your Returns Slip. This must be filled in and sent back with your return. Remember to fill in the Returns Slip with your Name, Order Number and the reason for your return.

    All credit notes are valid for 6 months only and can not be used in conjunction with any other promo code.

    Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If you wish you can ask for additional insurance by emailing us.
